LGPL-2.1-OR-LATER · ARM64FFmpeg 7.1.3−
Bundled executable: Contents/Resources/ffmpeg_macos_arm64, built for arm64. FFmpeg 7.1.3 reports LGPL v2.1-or-later. It runs as a separate command-line process. Its LGPL libraries are separately replaceable dylibs: libavcodec.61.dylib, libavdevice.61.dylib, libavfilter.10.dylib, libavformat.61.dylib, libavutil.59.dylib, libswresample.5.dylib, and libswscale.8.dylib. The build explicitly disables GPL, nonfree components and autodetection, and uses --disable-static / --enable-shared. ACIACV does not link its app executable to FFmpeg.

LGPL v2 · DYNAMICALLY LINKEDLAME 3.100 · MP3 encoder+
Bundled library: Contents/Resources/libmp3lame.0.dylib. LAME's upstream README identifies the library as GNU Library General Public License version 2. It is a separate shared library loaded through @rpath/libmp3lame.0.dylib and can be replaced independently. ACIACV includes the full LGPLv2 text.

BSD 3-CLAUSE · PATENT GRANT INCLUDEDlibwebp 1.5.0+
FFmpeg's libavcodec dynamically links to libwebp 1.5.0 for WebP encoding; libwebp itself is statically built into that shared library. The complete upstream BSD 3-Clause copyright, conditions and disclaimer, plus WebP's patent grant, are included in the app bundle and corresponding-source archive.

Build record
FFmpeg 7.1.3 was built for arm64 with minimum macOS 15.0 using Apple clang 21.0.0 (clang-2100.3.34.2), Xcode 27.0 build 27A266a, macOS SDK 27.0, and macOS 26.6.2. libwebp 1.5.0 was built static using CMake 3.31.6; LAME 3.100 was built shared. FFmpeg uses shared LGPL libraries with --disable-gpl, --disable-nonfree, --disable-autodetect, --disable-static, --enable-shared, --enable-zlib, --enable-libwebp, and --enable-libmp3lame; debug info, docs, ffplay, ffprobe and symbol versioning are disabled. PNG uses the macOS-supplied /usr/lib/libz.1.dylib, which is not bundled. The archive records the full configuration, source hashes and rebuild instructions.
ACIACV's app and Swift helper are not third-party components. The app uses no remote Swift Package dependencies; its only package dependency is the local SMCFan package. Apple frameworks are supplied by macOS and are not embedded in this bundle.
The source bundle includes all corresponding source archives and applicable license files, plus instructions for rebuilding/replacing the LGPL components. ACIACV's terms do not prohibit reverse engineering solely to debug modifications to LGPL-covered components. Software license notices do not decide codec patent rights. No jurisdiction-specific patent clearance has been performed; consult qualified counsel for that separate question.
