These terms describe the current ACIACV macOS utility and its practical limits.
Using ACIACV
ACIACV is a macOS utility intended for your own Mac. The current public build targets Apple silicon (arm64) and macOS 15 or later. Features depend on your hardware, operating-system version, permissions and connected services.
You are responsible for using the app lawfully, respecting other people’s rights and following the terms of any third-party service. Use video and media tools only with sources and content you are authorized to access or process.
System information and file tools
Temperature, fan, power and storage information is provided for general information and may be incomplete or unavailable on some Macs. It is not a diagnosis or substitute for Apple or qualified repair service. Mac Care scans are for review; ACIACV does not delete files for you. Back up important data and inspect files before taking action.
Third-party services and components
Optional network features may connect to service providers. Their availability, terms, content, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Open-source components are distributed under their own licenses; see the Third-Party and Open-Source Notices page for license texts, source archives and build information.
Availability and release security
ACIACV is provided as available and may change between releases. The current app is ad-hoc signed, has no Developer ID signature and is not Apple-notarized or Apple-verified. macOS Gatekeeper may warn or block it. Only install the DMG from https://aciacv.com if you choose to accept that state. Installation guidance and the SHA-256 checksum appear on the Download ACIACV page.
